x402 v2; @x402/core and @x402/evm 2.25.0; viem 2.55.19. GET /version identifies the deployed commit and build.

• Institution keys now have an environment: xapg_test_ or xapg_live_. Unbound legacy xapg_inst_ keys require reissuance before rollout.
• Batch voucher submissions to /settle now return HTTP 400 invalid_operation. Use /verify.
• Added public environment configuration, Batch contract discovery and owner-scoped settlement response queries.
• Authentication keeps string error and adds errorDetail.code and requestId; HTTP 429 includes Retry-After.

Breaking changes require a dated notice, affected endpoints, client compatibility and a migration deadline before deployment. No migration deadline or production rollout has been scheduled for this release.
